More than 65 snowbirds from Canada and the United States embarked on an immersive cultural and culinary journey through the northern region of the Philippines as part of Winter Escapade 9 (now on its ninth year) which was held from 9 to 18 February 2025.

This year’s tour package showcased the rich heritage, breathtaking landscapes, and warm hospitality of the Ilocos Region, with visits to Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan as well as an optional tour of Baguio City.
